1 How to get started

Getting started with SWITCH UP is easy! Just head to our website and follow the simple steps to sign up. Choose your desired bike and provide the necessary details.

2 Pick up the bike

Once you’ve selected the bike you want and entered your details on our website, you can easily pick up your bike from our convenient location in Glasgow West End.

3 After signing up

Once you have collected your bike from our store, the roads are all yours. Just be safe!

We will keep in touch with you via text or email to give you the occasional useful tip and any updates to the service.

  • Check the website often to stay up-to-date. If you have any issues with your bike, you can log in to the website anytime for assistance.

How our team can help

SWITCH UP bike subscriptions are monitored by the Bike for Good’s subscription team. Our subscription team at Bike for Good carefully monitors all subscriptions, handling incoming and outgoing calls and emails, sending monthly newsletters, and providing special offers to our subscribers.

We are available from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, to manage the entire fleet of bikes, eBikes, and eCargo bikes.

If you experience any difficulties, our mobile support team is always ready to assist our subscribers. To book a visit, simply log in to your SWITCH UP account on our website.

Our repair and maintenance service team provides a range of services, including repairs, replacements, and bike swaps:

  • Mobile repairs for small jobs
  • Bike swap for jobs that take longer than 45 minutes
  • Replacement against theft once sufficient evidence is provided from our subscriber

Once subscriptions end, subscribers can drop off their bikes at our storefront, or our service team can pick them up. All returned bikes are overhauled and inspected before being made available for our next subscriber.

Important announcement!


As of 19 February 2024, Raleigh, supplier of Babboe Cargo Bikes informed us that there are safety concerns with all Babboe cargo bikes. Customer safety and well-being are of the utmost importance to us, therefore we have notified all Babboe cargo bike customers directly of the recall.  Until further notice from Raleigh, we are halting all new subscriptions of our Babboe cargo bike fleet.
