Please note that our workshop will be closed 25th and 26th of December and the 1st of January. We will respond to any servicing or repair requests the next working day.

Repair and replacement

At SWITCH UP, we understand that unexpected issues can arise while using our bikes. That’s why we have a dedicated team of experts who offer repair, maintenance, and replacement services to ensure that our subscribers always have a reliable bike at their disposal.

Mobile repairs for small jobs

Bike swap for jobs that take longer than 45 minutes

Replacement against theft once sufficient evidence is provided from our subscriber
